Assistant County Counsel II

Successful candidates will possess a law degree from an accredited college or university; and four years of responsible legal experience, preferably with experience in litigation, including condemnation cases, government contracts and government construction projects; and be a member of the Oregon State Bar and admitted to practice law in Oregon State Courts; and possess ability to be certified before the U.S. District Court for the State of Oregon, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
