We seek a highly motivated strategic thinker with proven collaboration and organizational skills.This position provides strategic and administrative support for the professional development of our attorneys by designing and delivering training programs, coaching attorneys, implementing evaluation processes and supporting diversity and inclusion programs. This position works closely with attorneys of all levels, firm leadership and administrative staff. The successful candidate must be able to build and maintain positive relationships and channels of communication with attorneys and staff throughout the firm.
