During this panel presentation, you will hear how state and federal agencies work to stop the fraud before it starts and hold offenders accountable from three speakers: Ellen Klem, Director of Consumer Outreach and Education for the Oregon Department of Justice; Daniel Norris, Elder Abuse Resource Prosecutor, Oregon Department of Justice; and Donna Maddux, Assistant United States Attorney and Elder Justice Coordinator for the District of Oregon.
