OAPABA Annual Elections Meeting

Please join OAPABA for our annual meeting and elections on June 12, 2019 at Perkins Coie. Come and meet your fellow OAPABA members, enjoy refreshments, and vote for the 2019-2010 board (make sure you’re up to date on your dues—if not, you can renew here:

Interested in running for a board position?
The following positions are open:
- President-Elect
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Region 1 representative (Clatsop, Columbia, Lincoln, Tillamook, Polk, Yamhill)
- Region 2 representative (Coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson, Josephine)
- Region 3 representative (Baker, Crook, Deschutes, Gilliam, Grant, Harney, Hood River, Jefferson, Klamath, Lake, Malheur, Morrow, Sherman, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa, Wasco, Wheeler)
- Region 4 representative (Benton, Lane)
*Note: if there are no candidates for the regional positions, they will automatically default to at-large positions that can be filled by a member located in any county.
OAPABA is also seeking up to (2) law student representatives each from Willamette, Lewis & Clark, & the University of Oregon.
If you would like to run for a position on the board, please email us at elections@oapaba.org with your name, the position you are running for, and a brief statement (if you cannot attend the meeting) no later than Friday, June 7, 2019 for inclusion on the ballot. If you miss the deadline, no problem! You can also write-in your name on the ballot at the election. To qualify as a candidate, you must be a current dues-paying member of OAPABA.
