Mindful Professionalism in Family Law
The goal of the presentation is to enhance a mindfulness of professionalism in the daily practice of family law. Specific presentations will be made in the following contexts of family law practice:
1. Professionalism in attorney/client relations;
2. Professionalism in opposing counsel/opposing party relations; and
3. Professionalism in mediations and the courtroom.
