The MBA presents the 2017 Annual Probate Update, featuring Judge Janelle Wipper, Washington County; Judge Robert Herndon, Clackamas County; Judge Katherine Tennyson, Multnomah County County; and Sibylle Baer, Cartwright Baer Johansson PC. Ms. Baer will provide an update of recent case law and legislation. The judges and staff will discuss current practices and procedures in the metro area.
