Join us for an insightful continuing education course designed for attorneys practicing family law in Oregon, specifically focusing on the critical aspects of pre-judgment and post-judgment immediate danger cases. This course will provide a comprehensive overview of the fundamental steps required for attorney submissions in Multnomah and Clackamas counties.

Participants will gain essential knowledge about the legal standards and procedures governing immediate danger claims, with a particular emphasis on psychological abuse. Through expert guidance from judicial leaders, Judge Amy Holmes Hehn of Multnomah County and Judge Susie Norby of Clackamas County, attendees will learn how to effectively evaluate and present cases that meet the necessary criteria for immediate danger.
