New elder abuse reporting requirements for attorneys - together with an educational requirement - took effect January 1, 2015. Mark Johnson Roberts, Deputy General Counsel to the Oregon State Bar and a former Multnomah County practitioner, will present this CLE to inform lawyers of their legal responsibilities as mandatory reporters, while maintaining their ethical obligations to clients.
