Our speakers will touch on contested matters related to the appointment of the Personal Representative, disputes that arise from the conduct of the Personal Representative, as well as litigation related to annual accountings, final accountings and requests for attorney fees. Attendees will learn tips, gain practical advice specific to estate litigation, and will have the opportunity to ask questions.
