Estate Litigation

$30 for MBA members | $45 non-members

This series will be remote attendance only. "In person" registrants will be sent a link to participate in a confirmation email the day prior to the seminar.

Part of the Estate Planning Spring Series: weekly, one-hour seminars on estate planning issues.

Please join Jessie Minger and Katie Haraguchi, Cable Huston LLP, as they discuss the collision between probate administration and litigation. Our speakers will touch on contested matters related to the appointment of the Personal Representative, disputes that arise from the conduct of the Personal Representative, as well as litigation related to annual accountings, final accountings and requests for attorney fees. Attendees will learn tips, gain practical advice specific to estate litigation, and will have the opportunity to ask questions.

This seminar will be remote attendance only. A digital recording of the live webcast will be available following the seminar at a separate link.

Seminar participation is available by remote attendance only via Zoom, a live videoconferencing software. You do not need to have a Zoom account in order to access the seminar and may attend using your computer or telephone. Additional information will be provided to registrants.

See the printable form or go to the series registration page for details.
