Learn from experienced trial attorneys and judge(s) how to do opening and closing arguments, and direct and cross-examination of witnesses. Our panel includes Presiding Judge Stephen Bushong, Multnomah County Circuit Court and Katherine Heekin, The Heekin Law Firm. Common pitfalls will be discussed, as well as how they can be avoided. Participants will have the opportunity to apply the practical skills presented and get feedback during the seminar. This class will help you become a more effective and persuasive trial attorney, no matter your experience level.
