Mandatory Elder and Child Abuse Reporting

This program will help lawyers meet their legal responsibilities as mandatory reporters, while maintaining their ethical obligations to clients. Kali Jensen of Gevurtz Menashe will present this dynamic and practical discussion on:
 
•    Recognizing elder and child abuse; 
•    Complying with mandatory reporting requirements; and 
•    Protecting privilege and confidentiality.
 
Kali Jensen is an estate planning lawyer with Gevurtz Menashe who previously served as a trust officer for Columbia Trust Company. Kali’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administrations, elder and beneficiary representation matters, as well as guardianship and conservatorships.
