These three highly experienced practitioners will cover anticipating, avoiding and resolving environmental and land use issues. Topics will include:
Planning:Determining environmental liability risk and environmental site assessment - Ascertaining permits necessary for project development
Implementing:Working with local staff and criteria - Creating the applicant's or opponent's team
Resolving:Recognizing impermissible collateral attacks on land use decisions - Responding to conditional approval such as deferred elements of decision
