You obtained a judgment for your client, now what? Tim Eblen and Michelle Freed, of Eblen Freed LLP, will provide an overview about enforcing judgments, from pre-suit considerations to post-judgment collection procedures. They will provide insight into specific topics like what happens if a debtor files a bankruptcy, asset searches, garnishment, writs of execution, how to conduct a judgment-debtor exam and how to draft judgment-debtor interrogatories. The CLE will provide attendees with a balance of broad considerations, mixed with tips and practical knowledge.
