A panel of family law judges committed to advancing professionalism among the bar will discuss the role the bench plays in enforcing professionalism both inside and outside the courtroom. A panel of judges, including retired Judge Diana Stuart, Judge Susan Svetkey, Multnomah County Circuit Court, and Judge Patrica McGuire, Multnomah County Circuit Court will address their role and the bench's responsibility to enforce civility and professionalism in a panel discussion with attorneys Ruth Pekelder, Pekelder Family Law and David Bean, Wyse Kadish. This is an interactive CLE intended to give family law attorneys an opportunity to hear from and communicate with the bench about issues of professionalism that commonly arise in family law and how the court can be of assistance. The panel will discuss specific scenarios and will address questions from the audience. Both new and experienced family law attorneys are encouraged to attend and contribute.
