OFALA Cook-Along

Please SAVE THE DATE and plan to join OFALA on Thursday, October 1, 2020, from 5:30-7:30PM for our First OFALA Cook-Along! 
We will be preparing a traditional Filipino dish called Lumpia aka Lumpiang Shanghai. It is more popularly recognized as a fried egg roll, and it is enjoyed by all who try it! 
Our master chef for the evening will be Vivian Tadeo, spouse of our very own OFALA Board Member, Enrico Tadeo. Ate Vivian will be sharing her personal recipe for this popular and delicious Filipino dish.

We will be sending out an ingredients list and video link invitation on September 18 for all those interested in joining so you can make sure you have all the right stuff or make a trip to the store.
We hope you join us on this expedition into Filipino Cooking and look forward to having you in our kitchen.
