New advocates insight into the fundamentals, complexities and practicalities of immigration law. The second day of this two-day conference features dual tracks, which allows attendees the opportunity to choose which live sessions they attend. All sessions will be recorded and available for purchase, giving all registrants the opportunity after the conference to watch panels they missed and review the content after the conference.
Panelists will begin by focusing on the basics of immigration law, including common ethical quandaries that admin face when speaking directly to clients. Experts on the Affirmative Application and Removal Process panels will address the most common client case scenarios. Then, a basic resources panel will include a hands-on opportunity to review and analyze actual client immigration documents. The second day features dual tracks: employment-based immigration and removal/family-based immigration. A question-and-answer period follows each session, allowing attendees to interact with panelists and gain further insight.
